The Lead Team Member supports store cleanliness, organization, and customer-first culture. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and acting in a leadership role in the absence of store management.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Assist with merchandising and displays.
• Operate cash register and assist customers at checkout.
• Perform cleaning and store reset duties.
• Open and close the store as directed.

• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies.
• Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience is a plus.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate equipment.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
