• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals; may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
