Essential Job Functions- Holds and maintains required certifications, including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
- Works well in stressful, high‑pressure situations, maintaining composure and objectivity.
- Effectively handles workplace problems, anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as necessary.
- Listens to, understands, clarifies, and resolves concerns raised by co‑workers and guests.
- Works with and understands financial information and data.
- Analyzes forecast data to make judgments that ensure proper payroll and production control.
- Organizes, directs, supervises, and assists in the preparation and service of all food and beverage items based on standardized recipes for all outlets, maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.
- Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchens, service stations (FOH and BOH), work, and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
- Manages shifts of F&B staff, including covering call‑outs, vacation requests, and holiday schedules.
- Provides oversight of kitchen staff, outlets, banquet food, display merchandising, and overall department operations as required.
- Prior F&B, bartending, and/or event setup/execution experience.
- Culinary proficiency.
- Front‑of‑house experience in restaurants or related fields.
- Certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies.
- Experience with brand PMS and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
