We provide behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc.
– that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well‑being.
This program will open in phases to ensure high‑quality, sustainable growth and exceptional client care:
- Phase 1:
Launching with 32 male residential beds focused on substance use disorder treatment. - Phase 2:
Expansion to include Detoxification Services and additional residential beds. - Phase 3:
Development of coed residential programming to serve a broader client population.
- No ADLs:
Clients are independent with bathing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene. - No invasive procedures:
No catheters, IVs, ports, or midlines. - No blood draws:
All lab work managed by our national lab partner. - Minimal physical strain:
No heavy lifting or prolonged standing. - Technology‑forward environment:
Streamlined workflows using electronic medical records (EMR) and Quick
MAR systems.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments for new admissions.
- Administer medications per physician and facility protocols.
- Support and guide LPNs in daily client care.
- Manage and monitor withdrawal protocols (COWS and CIWA).
- Educate clients on medications, wellness, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with medical providers during assessments and medication reviews.
- Maintain clinical supplies and ensure readiness of medical equipment.
- Complete all required trainings and continuing education hours.
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
- Required:
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina. - Required:
Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification. - Preferred:
Prior experience in substance use, mental health, or co‑occurring treatment settings. - Preferred:
Comfort using technology, EMR systems, and Quick
MAR for medication documentation.
