CGHJ is a 51‑bed medical surgical telemetry unit focusing on Medical/Surgical patients, with dedicated halls for heart failure and Family Medicine residency. Unit opened in 2021; transitioned to comprehensive Med/Surg. Atrium Health Cabarrus is the only hospital in Cabarrus County.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

• Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

Base Compensation: $34.90 – $52.35 per hour (based on qualifications, skills, experience)

Premium Pay: Shift, on‑call, and other performance‑based incentives.
