** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
* Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization.
* Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
* Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs.
* Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.

** Work Environment
** This role operates in an outdoor, industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
