Operator, Parenteral Visual Inspection; Nights

Role Summary

Operator, Parenteral Visual Inspection (Nights). During project startup, support activities to bring the Inspection department into service, becoming the area expert and training team members. After startup, reliably operate the process, troubleshoot, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain safety, quality, and continuous supply, with potential for growth into future leadership or technical roles.

• Provide leadership on the manufacturing floor with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity to maintain reliable product supply.
• Maintain a safe work environment, support health, safety, and environmental goals, and model proper procedures.
• Serve as administrator and technical lead on operations, demonstrating process knowledge and training others.
• Troubleshoot on the shop floor; operate equipment to meet production schedules; assist in verifying execution documentation.
• Drive safety, reduce deviations, improve productivity, and ensure training compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support area procedures and quality controls for PAR.
• Assist in development and performance evaluations of operators; act as backup for supervision as needed.

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively (electronic, written, and verbal)
• Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, desktop software)
• A valid driver's license
• Must pass a vision exam and be free of color blindness; 20/20 equivalent for close vision
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship anticipated)
• Must Pass a fitness for duty physical

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work 6pm to 6am on a 2-2-3 schedule
• Ability to work overtime as required; wear safety equipment; gown in a cleanroom (Grade C, ISO
  8)
• May require short-term domestic or international assignments to train and certify on processes
• Some travel may be required (2-4 week trips or 3-9 month assignments)
