Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour. GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.
Responsibilities- Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
- Provide an exceptional guest experience as measured by Service Level Standard scores
- Oversee and manage daily front desk operations
- Assist General Manager in managing daily operations of the business
- Train, monitor, and coach teams, including in-the-moment coaching
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training all front desk hires
- Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on services and enhancements
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Perform administrative functions in conjunction with the General Manager (sales reporting, register operations, cash handling, etc.)
- Passion for people and providing excellent service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to travel for training, conferences, or other business activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti or similar appointment systems is a plus
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
