Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance operations across2 NC sites in close proximity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support and/or manage CAPEX projects.
- Improve and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor and develop KPIs and use data to drive maintenance decisions.
- Utilize CMMS or similar tools to aid in establishing a world class maintenance organization.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage service agreements.

Job Requirements- 10+ years experience in maintenance management required.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automated systems, required.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial workplace practices
- Engineering Degree preferred
- Chemical or related industry experience with fixed and rotating equipment experience
