This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility.

• Responsibility for general building maintenance.
• Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds.
• Walks property to check for repairs.
• Removes environmental hazards.
• Parking lot maintenance – cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property.
• Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed.
• Paints specified areas as determined.

• Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation-sponsored training courses as assigned.
• Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro.
• Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ability to perform labor work.
• High School education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team or independently.
