Technical Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports enterprise-level technology projects, system implementations, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with the VP of Technology & Strategic Projects to coordinate delivery activities, maintain visibility into progress, and support alignment between business needs and technical execution.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting technology-focused projects, working with cross-functional teams, and operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and comfort working in evolving project landscapes.

• Project Coordination & Management
  • Coordinate planning and execution of technology, systems, and digital initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate when appropriate.
  • Support iterative delivery activities, including sprint planning support and release coordination.
  • Assist with resource coordination and budget tracking.
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
  • Coordinate communication across technical teams, business partners, and leadership.
  • Prepare project updates, status reports, and summaries for various audiences.
  • Support alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain organized project records within designated systems and repositories.
  • Ensure documentation is current, consistent, and accessible.
  • Support change management activities, including tracking updates and decisions.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and delivery processes.
  • Support adoption of standardized tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Stay current on project management practices, tools, and delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience supporting technology projects, system implementations, or digital initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using project management software such as Jira, , Asana, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
