We are seeking compassionate, highly skilled Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide top-quality urgent care across multiple locations. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care or related settings
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Ability to independently evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) in a high-volume environment
- Valid Board Certification (PA certification, Family NP certification, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid NC DEA license
- Excellent soft skills, including communication, professionalism, and teamwork
- Comfortable performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation, among others
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills:
- Experience floating across different urgent care centers or regions
- Experience treating a mixed patient demographic, including pediatrics and adults
- Familiarity with Epic EMR with previous modified training
- Multilingual abilities or cultural competence
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Active licensure and certification as required
- Minimum of 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
- Strong procedural skills and comfort managing diverse clinical cases
- Willingness to serve at multiple locations within a 60-mile radius of your residence
- Participation in scheduled EMR training and onboarding sessions
- Ability to pass a clinical screening and credentialing process
- No travel reimbursement; mileage reimbursement only
- Flexibility to support shifts as needed, including participating in set training Wednesdays
- Off-site supervision provided; no supervision required during patient care
