• Order processing including intake, verification, records imaging, and customer relations
• Documentation collection and submission for pre-authorization, billing, and copays
• Interaction with sales reps, healthcare providers, office staff, and patients for documentation
• Order tracking for accuracy and timely delivery
• Negotiating payment terms with patients using sales techniques
• Compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, CHAP, and other regulations

• Experience in processing DME orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of payor systems including Medicare and private insurers
• Understanding of Medicare Standards, ICD coding, and electronic billing
• Attention to detail and proper documentation
• Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
