, we're looking for a full-time Sales Specialist – Financial Case Manager to join our team. We offer a lucrative pay structure, your base salary will range from $40,000-$60,000
, depending on experience. Top performers can earn an additional $40,000-$50,000 in commission
, with the potential to exceed $100K!

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM (occasionally until 6:30 PM), Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Every day, you'll step into a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your sales expertise transforms lives. You'll greet each patient with warmth and confidence, guiding them through treatment plans and financial options with ease. You're not just making a sale-you're helping people invest in their health. You'll handle objections effortlessly, educate patients on cash-based healthcare solutions, and close high-ticket treatment plans without insurance roadblocks.

Between patient interactions, you'll stay organized, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates-all while collaborating with a team that shares your drive for success.

• Proven sales experience, preferably within medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medispas, real estate, or other high-ticket industries, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions
• A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions
• Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services
