Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations of the practice-Administrative and Clinical.
- Lead and support a dedicated team, handling all aspects of human resources
, including hiring, training, and staff development. - Partner with physicians to shape practice growth through marketing and community outreach
. - Oversee financial management
: budgets, reporting, revenue cycle, and accounting functions. - Ensure the practice stays on track with compliance, payer requirements, and industry standards.

- 5+ years of experience as a medical practice administrator, ideally within ophthalmology or a related specialty.
- Strong background in human resource management and staff recruitment/hiring and training
. - Demonstrated skills in marketing, financial analysis, and accounting
. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
. - Knowledge of practice management software, information technology and healthcare compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration. MBA or MHA preferred.
