Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the practice-Administrative and Clinical.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team, handling all aspects of human resources
    , including hiring, training, and staff development.
  • Partner with physicians to shape practice growth through marketing and community outreach
    .
  • Oversee financial management
    : budgets, reporting, revenue cycle, and accounting functions.
  • Ensure the practice stays on track with compliance, payer requirements, and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on communication, accountability, and respect.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a medical practice administrator, ideally within ophthalmology or a related specialty.
  • Strong background in human resource management and staff recruitment/hiring and training
    .
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing, financial analysis, and accounting
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
    .
  • Knowledge of practice management software, information technology and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration. MBA or MHA preferred.
