Financial Operations / Rebate Analyst – Support Role
Support program and strategic advisory teams by running financial reports, performing data analysis, and assisting with pharmacy pricing and rebate tracking activities.
This role focuses on working with heavy financial data, using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, rebate calculations), identifying process improvements, and providing analytical support rather than performing administrative task tracking. Ideal candidates enjoy working with numbers, can evaluate whether requests make sense analytically, and are comfortable solving problems independently.
Preferred Skills- 2–3 years of financial analysis or related experience
- Strong Excel data analysis skills
- Healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or health plan experience preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
