Construction Manager

📍 Holly Springs, NC + Project Sites (East Coast & Nationwide)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager L2 to join our growing Construction team. This is a key on-site leadership role responsible for driving field execution with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule and client satisfaction. Particularly within GMP regulated environments.

• Lead daily on-site construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Champion OSHA compliance and enforce company Safety & Quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors from prequalification through execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead plans and coordinate jobsite logistics/materials.
• Partner with Project Managers and Senior Construction Managers to drive project execution.
• Interface with Owners and client representatives to maintain strong relationships.
• Support schedule development, weekly updates and clear field-to-office communication.
• Oversee jobsite setup and ensure organized, efficient project turnover.

• Minimum 5+ years construction supervision experience
• Preferred mission critical background (life science, semiconductor & data centers)
• Leadership on regulated / technically complex projects
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office & Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 (within last 2 years)

This role requires full on-site presence in Holly Springs, NC and potentially at active project locations. Projects are primarily across the East Coast, with opportunities in the Midwest, Southeast, West and LATAM depending on client programs.
