• Teacher Responsibilities: Implement our award‑winning curriculum to meet each child’s unique learning style, foster relationships, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, document milestones via our app, and model developmentally appropriate social behavior.
• Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport children to and from elementary schools and field trips in a small bus, ensure a healthy and nurturing environment, and complete safety checks and drills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCECC certificate preferred.
• Willingness to drive a 14‑passenger minibus (no CDL required).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work while standing.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• BSAC training required.
• Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
