• Conduct the Warranty Process in a timely manner for all assigned locations.
• Submit daily pre-authorizations, this includes checking for recalls at time of submittal and escalating denied pre-authorizations as required.
• Update daily work orders with authorization information while ensuring all work order statuses are current.
• Submit daily Claims and create parts labels for return.
• Coordinate with Warranty Market Manager daily on workload and progress.
• Uphold yourself and locations to Blue Compass standard of excellence, core values and culture.

• Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and follow up skills.
