We are looking for a Process Assistant I to join our team! This Process Assistant I role performs a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks that support our Concord Operations office. - Setting up comprehensive records and files
- Preparing standard reports and charts
- Compiling data from various sources and forms
- Contacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies
- Performing calculations involving complicated arithmetic, etc.
- Maintains record of documents processed
- Informs departments of missing or incorrect data and makes minor corrections
- Utilizes computer systems and/or other related equipment to record, store and retrieve information
- Compiles regular and special reports using established formats and procedures
- Performs basic clerical duties that are highly structured according to established procedures
- This position reports to Enbridge's Concord Operations located in Concord, North Carolina. This position is fully onsite and cannot accommodate remote work.
The primary focus of this role is to accomplish a broad range of basic business support services tasks. Focus may be on one or more basic tasks, with some ability to prioritize work or choose from a number of known options to solve basic problems or complete tasks. Decision making is closely guided by guidelines and/or incumbents have immediate access to guidance or supervision.
Communication may be verbal or written but typically involves the relay of basic facts and use of predetermined content with minor modification, forms, or protocol. No formal supervision exercised by this position, however, role may be required to provide basic guidance to junior employees. The impact of the role is typically confined to the immediate work unit and may result in delays in processing business support tasks.
- One to two years of directly related experience or equivalent certification. Basic understanding of common office software and equipment.

Experience:- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates.
- Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, reads fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. - Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand sophisticated problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and connect with individuals via telephone.
