AboutThe Role
Center Carpentry is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to run hands-on production on high-quality residential remodels, additions, and custom builds.

- Lead daily production on residential jobsites
- Work hands-on across framing, trim, cabinetry, windows/doors, siding, and finish work
- Plan daily work, material needs, and sequencing
- Coordinate and oversee specialty subcontractors
- Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters
- Maintain clean, organized, protected jobsites
- Communicate progress with the Project Manager
- Use Job Tread for daily logs and updates
- 7+ years of residential carpentry experience (custom & finish work)
- Proven ability to lead small crews
- Strong skills in framing, finish, cabinetry, and exterior carpentry
- Reliable transportation to Ashland-area jobsites
- Professional tools and jobsite presence
- Organized, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
- $36-$42/hr, based on experience and craftsmanship
