Compensation: Base salary up to $40k. Commissions up to 25% on new customers and 15% on repeat business. No cap on commissions, potential earnings exceeding $100k in the first year. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.

Taylor Rental Concord is a full service Tool, Equipment, Party & Event Rental Store based in Concord NH. We are seeking a self motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face sales in all of NH but primarily from the Lakes Region South.

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand our customer base.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our rental inventory.
• Develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs and close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches.

• Proven experience in outside sales, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities; comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel within the territory.
• A hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals and exceeding goals.
