Part-Time Meal Prep Support – Concord AreaBusy professional seeking support for meal prep services, 2x per week.
Responsibilities- Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals twice weekly
- Handle grocery shopping
- Cook on-site in home kitchen
- Package meals for the week
- Clean up after cooking
- Experience with meal planning and prep (culinary students welcome)
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking
