Base pay: $17.00/hr – the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits for all positions.
Job OverviewAs a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you set the pace of the restaurant by ensuring all food meets our high standards. Working in the kitchen is a fun, fast‑paced environment where you’ll prepare the highest quality chicken finger meals for our customers. Entry‑level cooks are required – no experience needed – and we provide paid training.
Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50/hr through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Ascending or descending stairs
- Reaching and grasping objects above head or below waistline
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Showing up to scheduled shifts on time
- Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
- Following proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
