Pay & Benefits

Base pay: $17.00/hr – the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits for all positions.

As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you set the pace of the restaurant by ensuring all food meets our high standards. Working in the kitchen is a fun, fast‑paced environment where you’ll prepare the highest quality chicken finger meals for our customers. Entry‑level cooks are required – no experience needed – and we provide paid training.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50/hr through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping
