Whether you're an experienced Trauma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or a motivated recent graduate eager to build your trauma skills, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Role Deliver comprehensive trauma care from admission through discharge Conduct assessments, order diagnostics, and manage treatment plans Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, nurses, and specialists in a multidisciplinary environment Participate in daily clinical rounds and ongoing care team discussions Stay current in trauma protocols and participate in ongoing professional development What You Bring Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant certification Licensure (or eligibility) in New Hampshire Ideally, 2+ years of trauma or hospital-based experience (new grads with strong clinical motivation will be considered) Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Benefits & Incentives Competitive salary package CME allowance and paid CME time 401(k) with employer matching Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and additional wellness resources Why You???ll
