Opportunity

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as a Lead Provider for our urgent care clinic. As a Lead Provider, you will provide exceptional care, mentor new‑grad providers, and support allied health professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient‑centered care: conduct health assessments, physical exams, review medical histories, perform diagnostic tests, administer immunizations, manage wounds, and educate patients on health promotion.
  • Document and maintain accurate, legible medical records and EMR notes in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure a safe, clean workplace and adhere to infection‑control, legal, and professional requirements.
  • Collaborate proactively with providers and staff to deliver timely, coordinated patient dispositions.
  • Serve as a clinical leader: mentor new‑grad providers and other clinic staff, maintain professional knowledge through continuing education, and act as a preceptor for emerging talent.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree and certification by a recognized Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body.
  • DEA license with no restrictions.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state regulations.
