Seeking an experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced hospital team in Concord, NH. The nurse will deliver high-quality care in a progressive care setting and be prepared to float as needed.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
• Monitor and treat patients in a progressive care/stepdown unit
  .
• Support patients with acute needs, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as assigned.
• Float to other units if requested by the facility.

• Resume with 2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience and any travel RN experience clearly listed
• 2 recent references from charge/manager-level RNs in the specialty
• Specialty-specific skills checklist
• Active NH or Compact RN license at submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NURSYS report showing all active RN licenses
• RTO must be declared at submission
• EMR:
  Cerner experience preferred

• At least 2 years of Progressive Care or Stepdown experience
• Previous travel experience preferred

• Cerner EMR familiarity
• Flexibility to float to other units

• Stepdown/PCU clinical expertise
• Rotating shift adaptability
• EMR documentation

• Floating readiness
• Cerner EMR
• Holiday shift reliability

• Experience supporting acute care units during high-volume periods
• Clear communication and collaboration
