Job Summary:

Job Title: Mill Operator
Location: Concord, NH
Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; once you go perm you will transition to Second Shift)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Mill Operator to join our team! This is a Temp-to-Perm position with full training provided. Once trained, you will transition to 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

Prepare raw materials for mixing.

Mix raw materials for the covering process.

Keep work area clean to avoid contamination.

Manage inventory of raw materials.

Operate milling machines and ensure they are working properly.

Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment.

Meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Benefits:

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour.
