The following describes the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for the Operations Technician role.

• Build and wire advanced electro‑mechanical industrial equipment, bringing complex systems to life with precision and craftsmanship
• Test, verify, and document critical performance data to ensure every piece of equipment meets our high standards
• Work hands-on with detailed assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and step‑by‑step work instructions to produce quality results
• Operate a variety of machinery and tools essential to manufacturing top‑tier consumable products
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment where everyone contributes to shared success
• Communicate effectively and thrive in a diverse, inclusive workplace built on respect and teamwork
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team and growing your skills along the way

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant manufacturing certification preferred
• Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with confidence
• Proven capability to diagnose and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical machinery
• Comfortable performing basic computer tasks and navigating standard software
