This is a full-time, salaried leadership role with a competitive annual salary of $48,000-$52,000. Assistant Managers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employee contributions starting as low as $200 per month once eligibility requirements are met.

In addition, you'll enjoy two weeks of paid vacation, one guaranteed weekend day off each week, and a 10% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University.

The Assistant Manager position at Crumbl Cookies is designed for a developing leader who enjoys working hands‑on with a team, supporting daily operations, and growing into a larger leadership role.

This position works closely with the General Manager to help run a fast‑paced, high‑volume bakery while learning the skills needed to advance into senior leadership.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining standards, supporting the team, and ensuring each shift runs smoothly.

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the bakery, including opening and closing shifts, scheduling support, labor awareness, inventory counts, production quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members and shift leads, helping reinforce expectations and Crumbl standards.
• Help monitor key performance indicators such as labor efficiency, sales trends, waste, and customer experience, escalating issues when needed and helping the General Manager implement solutions.
• Lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and contribute positively to team culture and performance.

This is a full‑time leadership position that typically requires 40–45 hours per week. The schedule includes a mix of mornings evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. One weekend day off per week is guaranteed. Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential for success in this role.

• The ideal candidate has prior experience in restaurant, retail, or fast‑casual leadership and is comfortable supervising teams in a busy environment.
• You should be organized, dependable, and eager to learn more about scheduling, labor control, and people development.
• Successful Assistant Managers are coach‑able, customer‑focused, adaptable, and accountable.
• Experience in QSR or food service is strongly preferred, but a strong work ethic and leadership mindset matter most.
