Schedule:
On call, open availability 9am-6pm
Starting Pay Range:$21/hour - $23/hour
What You’ll Do:- Assist the Maintenance Manager with repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds.
- Support apartment turnover by painting, cleaning carpets, and completing minor repairs to ensure units are move‑in ready.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on satisfaction and safety.
- Perform routine tasks including trash management, safety checks, common area cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments for event setups, move‑ins/outs, and marketing needs while upholding community standards.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- At least six months of relevant education and/or hands‑on experience required.
- Prior experience with power tools or industrial cleaning equipment is preferred.
- Background in facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is strongly desired.
