Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our new facility in Concord. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for clients and staff. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks across building systems and grounds.

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Rotating on-call responsibilities.

• Perform general carpentry and building repairs
• Conduct painting, light electrical work (if qualified), and plumbing repairs
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting fixtures
• Maintain both interior and exterior areas of the facility
• Ensure proper functioning of laundry machines and other essential equipment
• Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
• Track and record time and materials used for tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and risk-free environment
• May assist in training or overseeing assigned helpers
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
