QA Analyst

We are seeking two QA Analysts to support software quality initiatives by designing, executing, and managing test efforts across applications and systems. This role focuses on hands‑on testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality software releases.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in structured testing practices, with a strong understanding of test case development and execution.

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
• Execute manual test cases across multiple applications and environments
• Facilitate testing cycles, including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps
• Track defects through resolution and verify fixes
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
• Participate in test planning and release readiness activities
• Maintain accurate test and defect documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

• 2+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or Software Testing role
• Hands‑on experience with test case development and execution
• Experience with defect reporting and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams

• Experience testing web-based or enterprise applications
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments
• Familiarity with regression and integration testing
• Experience supporting release cycles in a fast-paced environment
