This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We offer financial relocation assistance.
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals interested in infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code solutions, or healthcare system support.

Experience levels:
- Entry-level:
Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in infrastructure engineering. - Mid-senior: 3+ years in infrastructure engineering roles.
Infrastructure areas include Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, Dev Ops, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field

Responsibilities include ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting, following policies, escalating incidents, and security management.
