About the Role
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping client outcomes through thoughtful program design, collaborative leadership, and direct behavioral support. This position offers rich exposure to school settings, adult day programs, and community-based work, making it an ideal fit for emerging clinicians seeking comprehensive experience.
What You’ll Do- Provide supervision to direct support staff, including RBTs and day program team members
- Write, update, and develop individualized programs, goals, and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and complete additional assessments as needed
- Attend and contribute to relevant meetings with school or program administration
- Deliver direct behavior support to students and adults across day program and community settings
- Track and analyze daily data for problem behaviors using frequency, duration, or other relevant measures
- Monitor and support skill acquisition goals using Learn Unit methodologies, and train staff to do the same
- Collaborate within a strong, supportive team environment to ensure consistent, high-quality services
- Maintain progress documentation and prepare written progress reports
- Work across multiple job sites with flexibility and professionalism
- Actively enrolled in Master’s-level BCBA coursework or currently hold a BCaBA
- Have at least 2 years of ABA experience
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented
- Self-aware, solutions-focused, and able to navigate challenges effectively
- Comfortable learning new technology; proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
- Able to work independently while balancing evolving priorities
- Earn BCBA supervision hours with experienced clinicians

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
