We are seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our growing New Hampshire team. This part‑time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make your own hours while providing high‑quality ABA services in a supportive environment.
The Autism Specialist Professional will:
- Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
- Provide ABA‑based instruction to promote the development of new skills under the direction of their supervising BCBA.
- Monitor client behavior, collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and report the data back to the supervising BCBA.
- Work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA, either in‑person or via a telehealth modality, and with the client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
- Minimum age 18 years
- Pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Availability to work after school and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
- High‑quality supervision of fieldwork experience for candidates seeking BCBA or BCaBA credentials, with a two‑year contract after successful completion.
- Support for uncertified candidates to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential, including 40‑hour RBT training, assessment, ongoing supervision, and a $100 bonus upon credential acquisition.
- Hands‑on training with ongoing clinical support from a supervising BCBA.
