This is a full-time on-site role in Concord and Derry NH, for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will assess patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing manual therapy, mobilization/manipulation, and designing therapeutic exercise programs. The role emphasizes working closely with patients in one-on-one settings to ensure optimal progress toward their goals using advanced techniques and equipment.

• Proficiency in manual therapy, mobilization/manipulation techniques, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools, such as the Advanced Spinal Mobilizer and Intramuscular Manual Therapy (Trigger Point Dry Needling)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to create customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
• Accredited degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• CPR certification and experience in clinical practice are preferred
