Senior Accountant​/Financial Analyst

Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst – An established manufacturing organization is seeking a professional to join its accounting and finance team. This full‑time role supports financial operations within a mid‑sized production environment and works closely with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely financial analysis. The position reports directly to the Controller and collaborates with a small, cross‑functional accounting team.

This position is responsible for managing core accounting processes, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to operational analysis in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to management.

• Maintain full‑cycle accounting responsibilities across assigned functional areas
• Prepare and analyze sales and revenue reporting
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and tracking
• Oversee cash management activities and reconciliations
• Prepare and file applicable state and local property tax documentation
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and billings
• Support purchasing, inventory accounting, and cost tracking processes
• Perform monthly and quarterly profit‑and‑loss variance analysis
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Assist with year‑end audit preparation and documentation
• Participate in process improvements and finance‑related projects as assigned by leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or public accounting environment (preferred)
• Level of responsibility and compensation will align with experience and demonstrated capabilities

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
