Job Description

If you love the world of trust, estate, and gift taxation-and enjoy helping clients navigate the tricky parts-you might be a great fit for our team! We're looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Trust & Estate Specialist to help prepare and review trust and gift tax returns, work with clients and attorneys, and support our growing trust tax practice.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review 1041s, 709s, and other trust/estate filings
• Interpret trust documents and explain them clearly to clients
• Manage a variety of trust clients and keep filings accurate and on time
• Mentor staff and collaborate with attorneys, trustees, and executors
• Use firm software (Ultra Tax, Quick Books, Engagement Manager, etc.)
• Help with billing, workflow organization, and maintaining strong client relationships

What You Need

• Master's in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• CPA or EA required
• Strong trust, estate, and gift tax knowledge
• Clear communication skills and comfort managing multiple clients
• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Ability to work onsite and follow firm processes
