Concord Hospital, a leading not-for-profit health system serving central New Hampshire, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing, multi-specialty medical group. With two practice locations in Concord and Laconia
, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegial, patient-centered team serving a high-need population in an outpatient-focused environment.
- Outpatient-based consultative rheumatology
- 4-day workweek with no night or weekend call
- Practice at two sites:
Concord
: 246 Pleasant St, Suite 210
Laconia
: 80 Highland St - 14-18 patients/day
, depending on mix of new vs. established patients - In-office musculoskeletal ultrasound and occasional cortisone injections
- Work alongside 3 experienced rheumatologists with excellent mentorship available
- No advanced practice providers currently on staff
- Guaranteed base salary Starting at $270K minimum (Corridor
5), guaranteed for two years, with potential of $300K+ based on Productivity - Productivity incentives and performance bonuses (up to 10% of base)
- Sign-on and retention bonus
: $50K total - Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- Full medical malpractice coverage including tail
- 403(b) and 457(b) retirement options with employer contribution and matching
- 5 weeks combined vacation/CME time (increases to 6 weeks after year
2) - $4,000 CME allowance annually
- Reimbursement for licensing, DEA, and board certification exam fees
- Visa sponsorship may be available (H1
Bs and 2027 J1
Bs)
- Part of a three-hospital system serving central New Hampshire
- Ambulatory-based opportunity with strong specialty support
- Cerner EMR with fully integrated AI integration
- Not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization eligible for certain federal programs
- Participate in provider-led committees and medical student/residency education if desired

- Just over an hour from Boston, White Mountains, and seacoast
- MD or DO with completion of Rheumatology Fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for New Hampshire licensure
