Teller - Apprentice

.

Starting salary is $19.00 per hour

• On track to graduate high school or have a high school diploma or equivalency
• Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
• Intermediate use of desktop applications
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
• Ability to travel between offices as required

• Process customer deposits, account withdrawals, cashing checks, issuing bank and travelers checks, issuing and redeeming savings bonds and processing loan payments
• Promotes and sells bank products and services to new and existing customers
• Responds to questions and resolves problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently
