Your Responsibilities:
* Build safe, effective & efficient schedules daily, by applying learned knowledge of policies and procedures
* Analyze prior days' loads for opportunities and make future adjustments as necessary
* Utilize technology to effectively gather and respond to requests for information for managers, technicians, and customers
* Take ownership and accountability in overseeing assigned geography
* Make difficult and time sensitive decisions to balance business objectives with customer needs
* Effectively forecast seasonal demands for products and resources
* Produce outcomes that demonstrate an understanding of financial impacts
* Participate in team project work as required throughout the year
* Effectively bring forward and implement recommendations to increase performance for continuous process improvement

Your
Experience:
* Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in a customer service environment required
* 3-5 years related experience in analytics and/or scheduling
* Experience in the oil & gas industry considered an asset
