Job Description

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and logs customer calls.

This position involves dealing with providers in the medical space.

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

Informs customers about available services and assesses their needs.

Works as a team player, following the call center's workflow, and remains flexible to change.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
