• Manage construction efforts to ensure the project is built in accordance with design, budget, and schedule constraints, coordinating with the Project Manager, client, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
• Provide accurate paperwork, including daily reports, time sheets, field work directives, quality control data, and other documentation required by the project.
• Plan, direct, and supervise construction workers, overseeing in‑house talent and providing formal and informal feedback.
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with OSHA and company safety policies and conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Understand, interpret, and implement contract and project requirements, and manage subcontractors on site personnel, scheduling, and coordination between trades.
• Coordinate work with owners, occupants, inspectors, local authorities, and contractors; investigate incidents and accidents and document findings.
• Represent North Branch Construction positively in the community and to clients, and perform other duties as requested.

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience on complex/high‑end institutional, public, and private school/university projects ranging from $15 – 70 million.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction supervision.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and timely administrative duties.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage a support staff, and use Blue Beam, Microsoft Office Suite, and CMiC (plus).
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, printers/copiers, and a team‑player attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour in a company‑supplied vehicle; valid driver’s license required.

• High school or equivalent (required).
• OSHA 30‑hour training (preferred).
