We're hiring as we continue to grow! Looking for the next great Soake Pools team member.

This is a full-time on-site role for an account specialist at Soake Pools in Pembroke, NH. The role involves managing accounts receivable and production order entry.

• Accounts Receivable
• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Manage aging receivables and communicate with customers on overdue balances
• Collect and deposit check payments
• Data Entry
• Manage customer orders with high attention to detail
• Learn and utilize MRP Easy database
• Manage and track inventory between internal data systems
• Identify and solve errors within data sets

• Computer proficiency a must
• High level attention to detail
• Proficient in basic accounting terminology
• Organized, timely, and professional
• Strong analytic abilities
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Full in-person scheduled located in Pembroke, NH

Salary commensurate with experience.
