Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying appropriate personnel per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe for suspicious or unusual conditions, reporting concerns through designated communication and documentation channels.;
Complete accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and/or assist with investigations as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal protocols
