Shift: Day shift

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Range: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Reporting to the Practice Manager, and under the general supervision and direct collaboration with the Supervising Physician, the nurse practitioner assists physicians in a wide range of clinical tasks, manages inpatient and outpatient duties, and handles emergency situations while adhering to standard practices and established procedures. This position ensures the quality and safe delivery of care to patients of all ages.

Education

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with completion of a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree

Experience

• 3+ years in primary care/family medicine

Licensure and/or Certification

• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with recertification every five years
• DEA license required
• BLS healthcare provider required
• Must be able to attain and maintain privileges at Emerson Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner
