Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring strong telemetry and neuro skills at a hospital in Massachusetts. Responsibilities Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting Patient population includes both medical-surgical and neurological cases requiring telemetry monitoring Shift is 12-hour nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, three shifts per week Every other weekend and every other holiday are required Floating to similar units may be required Uses Meditech EMR and proficiency is required No on-call responsibilities Duties include providing patient care, monitoring telemetry, and supporting neuro and med/surg patient populations Holiday coverage follows every other holiday rotation Local candidates are accepted at a lower pay rate First day orientation includes a telemetry skills assessment Requirements Active MA RN license required Current BLS certification from ARC or AHA required Prior travel nursing experience required Strong telemetry and neuro experience required Meditech EMR experience required Must pass a telemetry test on the first day of orientation Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility for travel pay eligibility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job  P-666625.
