Registered Nurse – Neonatal Care (Level II Nursery & High-Risk Deliveries)

• The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, family-centered care to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level II nursery setting.
• Utilizing the nursing process, the RN provides comprehensive, evidence-based care that supports the safety, stability, and development of newborns.
• The RN is accountable for the quality and safety of all nursing care they provide or supervise and serves as a trusted advocate for patients and their families.
• This role requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, and a commitment to excellence in both direct and indirect patient care.
