Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and travel nursing background.
Responsibilities- Work in the Float Pool covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units in a hospital setting
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., three shifts per week
- Every other weekend and every other holiday are required
- No on-call requirement
- Experience with telemetry monitoring is required
- Meditech EMR system used; experience preferred but can be waived for strong candidates
- Role includes floating between Med/Surg and Telemetry departments as needed
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for full travel pay rate
- Local candidates will be considered at a reduced pay rate
- Participation in care during assigned holidays is required
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Recent Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience required
